We had a couple of request which they went above and beyond to fully. The services was fantastic from beginning to end. Very very solid restaurant all around. ”

“ A beautiful little place right by the ski slopes. Their wine selection is different a well thought out for their seasonal food. They do offer a pairing option which we did not try but I’d be open to trying it. Their service was thoughtful and present while not pushy. We had oyster and their 5 course tasing menu for their 5 year anniversary. It was also our first time there and we would go back. The bar was busy and everyone seemed to be having a great time which makes for a great atmosphere. They make great cocktails too at the bar. It’s a unique place in a beautiful location at spare no expense pricing because it’s not cheap. ”

“ We've been here 3 times so far, and each time it somehow gets better. The food is Quebec on a plate. Everything is sourced as locally as possible, working with small producers and farms. The creativity of the food is remarkable, but the concept never sacrifices flavor. I recommend putting your meal in the hands of the knowledgeable and wonderful staff. This last time, we sat at the bar and our experience was orchestrated by our server. She put together a series of small plates based on our likes, and everything was just perfect. The flavors, the quality, the presentation - outstanding! This is a must visit if you're anywhere in the area. Be advised, you NEED reservations. Enjoy! ”

We tend to like restaurants that promote locally sourced products along with unique flavours and combinations and we were not disappointed. I would forgo reading the menu beforehand and let the friendly and helpful staff do their thing. Trust the process - you won’t regret it! ”

The food combinations are so different than anything you would find at your average restaurant, but they make it work spectacularly. “ Beautiful ingredients, local produce, and a thoughtful natural wine selection. The effort in the kitchen is remarkable, and the service is truly exceptional. That said, the portions are far too small. I understand and appreciate the pricing that comes with high-quality products—but they’re not operating in downtown New York. “ Service impeccable ! Food gourmet, plates well presented with exceptional decoration chef knows how to make it look inviting and they are very tasteful, tapas style.. so don’t expect to have a large portion. They are small costly but well worth it. (Only comment I would say is the one dish lobster could have had a few more pieces and was missing a little taste). Tried 7-8 different dishes all worth trying. Will definitely go back. Nice to have food of this class available. ”
